Unless a promotional discount applies, generally a member pays $15.00 per month with minimum 3 months of service and $5/per month when you will pay 1 year advance $60. The method of payment is automatically charged $15.00 per subsequent month if you select auto charge. Premium Plus membership $99/per month personal matchmaking. The method of payment is automatically charged $99/per month personal matchmaking subsequent month. Hence if your membership select auto renew than membership is automatically renewed after 3 months or 1 year has elapsed. Premium Plus membership $99/per month auto charge until cancel the membership. If at any time the member would like to cancel their membership, they are able to do so before the next automatic billing occurs. If membership is canceled after the membership has automatically been renewed, then the membership fee for the newly renewed month will not be credited back.
EternalGarment.com is constantly reviewing the price of purchased membership. EternalGarment.com may, in its sole discretion, adjust the price upwards or downwards at any time.
You may pay for your membership online with a credit card or electronic check. You can also pay through the mail by personal check or money order. We also accept funds transfer through Western Union. For detailed payment instructions, follow the MEMBERSHIP link that is located on the Member Menu panel.
All memberships that are purchased by credit card or electronic check will be renewed automatically on the 30th day from the original purchase. For the 6 month membership, only a single payment is required for a six month period.
If you do not wish to be billed again after your initial purchase, you must cancel your recurring membership yourself prior to the scheduled re-bill date.
Cancellation of your paid subscription is 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and is 100% self administered. To cancel your recurring membership, click the "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" link. You will be directed to the website of the payment processor through which you initially made your payment. You must log into the account you initially created with the payment processor or you must contact the payment processor through the phone number listed on their site.
Your cancellation request must be received by the payment processor prior to the scheduled re-bill date. Note: If you do not cancel your subscription prior to the scheduled re-bill date, your credit card or checking account on file will be re-billed by our payment processor and you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount that is re-billed.
EternalGarment.com will only make refunds if the refund policy is strictly adhered to as described below.
Initial Payment: All initial payments made through PayPal have a one hour from time of initial payment full refund policy. Any request for a refund must be received within one hour from time that payment is made. No portion of your payment is refundable should you decide not to use the service after one hour from buying the membership. After one hour from time of initial payment, the cost of purchase of your membership is completely non-refundable.
Recurring Payment: If your request to cancel your recurring membership is not received by EternalGarment.com prior to the scheduled re-bill date, your credit card or checking account on file will be re-billed and you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount that is re-billed. If recurring membership cancellation request is not received prior to the scheduled recurring membership subscription re-bill date, the cost of purchase of your membership is completely non-refundable.
Any refunds issued will be processed and completed within 5-7 business days of initial refund request.
EternalGarment.com takes credit card fraud very seriously. Discovery that any member has used a stolen or fraudulent credit card will result in the notification of the appropriate law enforcement agencies, and immediate locking of the member account.
EternalGarment.com provides to its members a proprietary email system with the latest communication technology available on the internet. Use of the EternalGarment.com email system is permitted for all "Full Access Members".
The EternalGarment.com email system will not be used for inappropriate contact with other members. EternalGarment.com determines in its sole discretion what constitutes inappropriate contact, which includes but is not limited to:

EternalGarment.com imposes a limit on the daily number of messages that any member can send. This is to control spam and to ensure that no single member on the site can access an unreasonably large number of members with inappropriate messages or content in a short period of time. The current maximum number of daily email messages that any member can send is 20.
EternalGarment.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase or to decrease the number of daily permitted emails. Members are urged to review this section on a monthly basis to determine if any adjustments in the number of daily permitted emails have been made. Violating the Email system Terms of Use, regardless of your membership status, will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership and the immediate deletion of your profile. No refunds will be issued to deleted members.
Some members that you send an email message to may not respond to your email message. Although this can be quite frustrating, it could be due to a number of factors. The member you are trying to reach may be talking to other members and is not interested in starting something new. The member may also elect not to respond to you because they are not interested in your profile or they do not see a picture in your profile.
To improve your email reply success rate, it is important that you have a well written profile with a minimum of grammatical errors. It is important that you upload a good flattering picture of yourself. It is also important that your email to the member be interesting, polite, informative and pleasant to read. Failure to do the above will almost certainly result in less than satisfactory email reply results.
It is important for you to note that just because a member sent you an email message, it does not guarantee that the same member will answer your reply email message to them. This site is extremely active and people meet other people very quickly. Our best advice is for you to reply immediately to any email message that you receive before the sending member loses interest and /or moves on to the next member that interests them.
